Anne of Cleves was a German noblewoman, the fourth wife of Henry VIII of England and as such she was Queen of England.
History
Homer has a dream he builds a casket depicting the inside of Westminster Abbey where he meets Geoffrey Chaucer who told him he's right doing all of Bart's work for him. It's the best thing for the boy. Anne of Cleves came and said that's terrible advice and what you do for your son, he'll never learn to do for himself. Then Oscar Wilde came and started to annoy Homer.[1]

King Henry VIII got married to Anne of Cleves, who was an old woman, as she had a great track record of producing sons. Henry VIII had her executed, where she criticized the executioner's techniques.[2]
