Sister Mary Catherine, also known as the One-Armed Nun, was a nun.

History

Sister Mary Catherine lost her arm during her days as a competitive lumberjack.

Years later, Mary Catherine went aboard the SS Agnew on her way to the Hamptons on a mission to minister to the nearly unwealthy. When she got aboard the ship, she caught the eye of the ship's cook Elijah Dunn. Elijah tried to impress Mary Catherine and proposed to her after dinner. When she rejected him, because she was a nun, Elijah got desperate and jumped onto the ship's rails, asking Mary to go with him and be married by the sea. When Mary rejected him again, Elijah asked her to help him down. However, Elijah then fell into the sea.
