Uncle Lou is the deceased uncle of Marge Simpson.

History

When Ned Flanders asked Homer to babysit Rod and Todd, he told Ned that Marge was identifying her Uncle Lou's body at the city morgue. At the morgue, the attendant opened a locker and uncovered the "body", which was revealed to be a still-alive Hans Moleman. Marge said it wasn't her uncle and "This man's not dead", to which Moleman added, "That's what I've been trying to tell you!" However, the doctor told Marge that Moleman's speech was just gas escaping, and quickly shut the locker on Moleman.
