Victor's wife is an unnamed woman who was married to Victor, a Ukrainian mob boss.
History
Victor once held a large party in his mansion, with many guests in a large ballroom. When Wayne Slater, Victor's enemy, crashed the party everything turned to chaos and people started shooting at each other. Victor's wife then entered the room, telling Victor that the bed-spread smelt funny. Victor told her to go back to the room. Then, Wayne punched somebody causing their gun to fall on the ground and fire. The bullet hit Victor's wife.
