10 years ago, Nick Callahan worked as a timeshare salesman. He sold a timeshare at The Yellow Lotus to Homer and Marge.[1]
Nick Callahan worked at Red Blazer Realty. Nick famously sold the Whitman's place, the house Gil had been working on for twenty-one years. When Marge started to work at the firm he bet she'd only last a week.[2]
At some point, Callahan stopped working as a timeshare salesman and realtor and started working to get people out of timeshare scams, which was also a scam job. Callahan went to The Yellow Lotus when Homer and Marge were there and they confronted him about the scam, before they were taken away by security. Later, when Callahan was in the ocean, he was attacked by an otter with drugs in its system and died.[1]
