Emile is one of the Laramie Cigarettes executives.

History

When Homer created a highly addictive vegetable called Tomacco, he attracted attention of the Laramie Cigarette company who tried to buy the Tomacco but when Homer asks for a higher price they refused and kicked them out. When the farm animals became addicted to the Tomacco as well. Homer manages to save a Tomacco plant but the Tomacco-crazed animals tries to break in.

When trying to dispose of the plant Mindy manages to catch it and whisks it away. At the end it shows that a Tomacco-crazed sheep causes the Laramie executive's helicopter to crash. According to Homer, he might have liked Mindy.
