History
When Ned Flanders asked Homer to babysit Rod and Todd, he told Ned that Marge was identifying her Uncle Lou's body at the city morgue. At the morgue, the body was revealed to be Hans Moleman (who was still alive). However, the doctor told Marge that his speech was just gas escaping.
