Buddy Holly was an American singer-songwriter.
History
When Homer took Lurleen Lumpkin to a recording studio the studio manager said that Buddy Holly stood here in 1958 and said "There is no way in Hell that I'm gonna record in this dump."[1]
In an episode of Itchy & Scratchy Scratchy was sitting in a plane where he notices his fellow passengers were The Big Bopper, Ritchie Valens, and Buddy Holly. They reveal themselves to be vampires and advance on Scratchy. Moments after that, the plane crashes.[2]
