Rocco is a character in the driver education film You Can't Spell Carnage Without Car.
History[edit]
In You Can't Spell Carnage Without Car, Rocco was driving while eating hot dogs and using a grill on the passenger seat. The grill set him on fire, and the car flipped off the freeway and hit the Rebuilt Orphanage, destroying it. Rocco then carried on eating, which made Bart and Lisa realize that Rocco was actually Homer, who had been missing for seven years.
