[hide]History[edit]
Purple Heart[edit]
Purple Heart was a member of the Superior Squad when they defeated Hypno Head. Afterwards, Purple Heart helped assist in the cleanup in the Mando Building. A nuclear reactor almost fell onto Pruple Heart and Lure Lass, but Plasmo saved them.
Purple Heart told Radioactive Man that there were some people in the government who thought freedom wasn't worth the price of a few overpriced weapons. He also said he had recruited some real patriots to help gather intelligence.[2]
Purple Heart went with the rest of the Superior Squad to Crystal Belle's Crystal Balls to meet Plasmo.[5] However, this was a trap led by Madame Eczema, and Eczema captured the Superior Squad.[6] When Radioactive Man freed the Superior Squad, Purple Heart helped knock out Eczema soldiers.[7]
Purple Heart attended the wedding of Larva Girl and Radioactive Man. When fighting broke out, he defeated Hypnotic Head.[8]
Purple Badge of Courage[edit]
Purple Badge of Courage was seen fighting against Mr. Kidney Punch in Zenith City Park.[9]
Brave Heart[edit]
Brave Heart was one of the Superior Squad members who couldn't help stop Shootin' Irons as he was being held captive by The Scarlet Floozy.[10]
Bleeding Heart[edit]
Bleeding Heart met Radioactive Man again outside the White House, where Radioactive Man was trying to put a stop to a peaceful protest by hippies. Bleeding Heart took Radioactive Man back to his apartment, telling him that Miles Mando had gone broke after he had been driven out of business by other defense contractors. Bleeding Heart told Radioactive Man that he was fine with hippies and peaceful protests.
Later, Bleeding Heart helped Radioactive Man find Rod Runtledge, who had gone missing after becoming a hippie. He took Radioactive Man to The Poster Pit where they encountered Black Partridge. They then teamed up with her and went to a peace gathering where they thought Rod was. On the way there, Black Partridge got captured and Radioactive Man and Bleeding Heart carried on without her, only to get captured by Hypno Head. Black Partridge was made to press the button to activate the weapon to kill Radioactive Man and Bleeding Heart, but it failed. Bleeding Heart then took out Hypno Head.
After they had stopped everyone, Bleeding Heart asked Black Partridge how she felt about free love, with Black Partridge thinking that Bleeding Heart was a jerk.[4]
At some point, Miles Mando makes back his fortune by opening a chain of disco Kung Fu schools.
Bleeding Heart, along with the rest of the Superior Squad, got captured by Dr. Crab in his asteroid base. After Radioactive Man got killed by Dr. Crab's particle blaster, Bleeding Heart decided that he should be the one to lead the team. As the Superior Squad fought over who will lead the team, Dr. Crab's Crab-Bots attacked the Mando Building. Bleeding Heart fought back against them. After Radioactive Man returned from the dead, now evil, Bleeding Heart and the rest of the Superior Squad fought back against him but were defeated. Fallout Boy then managed to get the lightning bolt back into Radioactive Man's head, turning him good again.[11]
Heart of Darkness[edit]
After the government banned superheroes, Bloody Heart went by "Heart of Darkness". Heart of Darkness thought that the president just wanted superheroes out of the way, and Radioactive Man was too dumb to catch on. He thought that the government were planning on subverting the constitution and setting up an unelected government that operated in the shadows. He and Radioactive Man then go to talk to Bug Boy to see his opinion on the conspiracy, but he doesn't believe it.
Heart of Darkness ended up staying behind as the other superheroes went to stop the energy field above Zenith City. When the heroes got back, Heart of Darkness was playing cards with Bug Boy, Lure Lass and Captain Squid.[3]
Personality[edit]
Miles Mando likes to keep his secret identity secret even from his friends. The Superior Squad don't know that he's Miles Mando.[2]
