The MudSlinger was Mayor Quimby's superhero alter-ego after he was affected by a nuclear explosion. He is made of mud and can shoot it.

History

When Sinister Van Dalus threatened his world, Plasmo went to Springfield to enlist their help in stopping the supervillain. He granted the Springfield Super-Squadron powers and took them to his world to defeat Van Dalus. The MudSlinger was among the superheroes who helped.

Behind the Laughter

His name might be a play on the term "Political MudSlinging".
