Dr. Peters is a scientist who specializes in radioactivity.

History

Dr. Peters and his assistant, Ginnie, were experimenting on Radioactive Man at Dr. Peters' lab. After they finished the experiments for the day, Dr. Peters warned Radioactive Man that his powers could be weakened. Later, when Roargo attacked Zenith City, Dr. Peters and Ginnie rushed to Radioactive Man and found out that they were right and that Radioactive Man was in a weakened state. They then revealed that Dr. Peters' other assistant, I.M. Redd, was the person who brought Roargo into existence.

After Radioactive Man defeated Roargo, Dr. Peters and Ginnie went to him once more because radiation had caused their monkey, Kinga, to become a huge gorilla who was destroying Zenith City.
