The Rigellian queen was the unnamed queen of Rigel 7.
History
She died after eating part of Homer which contained "indigestible toxins" from an unhealthy fast-food diet. Right before her death, she stated her one regret was not having bigger breasts. When Bart told her he couldn't see any breasts, she said "those will be the last words I every hear" before dying.
