Paul Simon is an American singer-songwriter.

He was a contestant in Krusty's Li'l Starmaker, but when they found out that he was not 10 and he was Paul Simon, they disqualified him.[1]

Principal Skinner was once at the Home & Garden Show running the Hose Nozzles stand. He was telling people about the Sprinkle King, Sprinkle Queen, and Deluxe Sprinkle King nozzles claiming them to be "the Simon & Garfunkel plus one of hose nozzle dispersal arrays".[2]

When Homer wanted Chong to reunite with Cheech, he told him that if "Art Garfunkel could forgive that no talented twerp Paul Simon, you can do this.".[3]
