Herbert Hoover was the 31st President of the United States, serving from 1929-1933.

History

A picture of him was seen in a book that Superintendent Chalmers showed Bart, before Bart developed an interest in Theodore Roosevelt.[1]

When trying to sell Nelson a vacuum cleaner with the names of the US presidents on, Gil Gunderson said that "nothing says "clean" like Herbert Hoover."[2]

He is also one of the many people on "Ned's List of Laudable Lefties".[3]
