Meaux was the owner of Café Meaux, the husband of Genevieve Bouvier and a Nazi sympathizer.
History
Genevieve was married to the village's most notorious Nazi collaborator, Meaux. Business at the Café was booming due to the Nazis patronage there, which Genevieve didn't like. Meaux held a meal for him and the Nazis in the basement of the café. When Genevieve attacked the commandant who was trying to take her, Meaux decided to help out and joined in killing the Nazis. After this, Genevieve was grateful to him and kissed him before taking him to the bedroom.
