Bertam Burns was the son of Elihu Burns and Agnes Brookside and brother to Ferguson Cranford Burns IV and Aethelred Worthington Burns. He was married with Jeannette Schicklgruber. He was the father of Tiberius Burns, Elspeth Burns, Mergatroid Burns and Agnes Montgomery Burns.
