The prisoner is an unnamed prisoner at Springfield State Prison.
History
When he was about to be exicuted in the electric chair, Hurricane Barbara blew the roof of the prison and the people watching sighed. He said "so long, suckers!", but hit a power line and died and the people celebrated.
