Marjora was the wife to Obeseus the Wide.
History
Marjora was the daughter of Gordus Antonius, a business and slave owner in Rome. When Gordus Antonius bought several slaves, including Obeseus the Wide, he made them fight in the Colosseum. When Obeseus fought, and won, against Wolfus Rein, the prized gladiator of Gordus Antonius, Obeseus caught the eye of Marjora, who fell for him. Eventually, Marjora slept with Obeseus and got pregnant. When Gordus Antonius found out, he freed Obeseus as a slave and made him marry Marjora. After the marriage, Gordus Antonius gave Obeseus the deed to one of his businesses, but refused to let Marjora have a say in it. When Obeseus was about to free his friends as slaves, Marjora convinced him not to as it would mean more work for him.
Years later, the laundry business was failing, which annoyed Marjora as she felt Obeseus wasn't putting enough effort into it. After Obeseus' slaves came up with an idea to improve business, the family became richer and moved to the nicer part of town. Whilst they attended a goat sacrifice, Obeseus was annoyed that he couldn't see it. Marjora then pushed Obeseus to become a senator, which would result in better seats at the sacrifices. Obeseus was laughed out of the senate when he asked to become a senator. However, Senator Montimus overheard his dilemma and offered him the chance to become a senator if he killed Emperor Quimbus. Obeseus reluctantly agreed to do so, because Marjora would be angry at him if he didn't become a senator. Obeseus then killed the emperor, making Montimus the next emperor and Obeseus a senator.
Marjora enjoyed her new reputation as a senator's wife, but felt that Obeseus could still do better. Marjora pushed Obeseus to kill the emperor so he could become the new emperor. However, Obeseus refused, being happy with where he was in life. At a senate meeting, Marjora attempted to poison the emperor, but the emperor's drink tester got killed instead. However, in his death, the wine taster accidentally knocked a pillar onto the emperor, killing him. Marjora then suggested that her son, Bartigula, become the new emperor. The senate accepted and Bartigula became the new emperor.
Bartigula went crazy with power and declared wars, built a wall to keep invaders out and dissolved the senate. He then declared himself a god, which annoyed Obeseus. When Obeseus spoke out against Bartigula, Obeseus was thrown into prison. When Obeseus' and Marjora's daughter Lisandra freed Obeseus, Obeseus confronted Bartigula and the two fought to the death. Upon seeing her dead husband and son, Marjora drank poison since she had nothing left. Marjora then told Lisandra that they never connected as she died.
Personality
Marjora was manipulative and ambitious, always wanting more in life. She manipulated Obeseus into doing what she wanted and made Obeseus fear her anger. Obeseus would do what Marjora wanted just to make sure she didn't get angry at him. Marjora also had a dark side, wanting her husband to kill to get where she wanted in life, and being willing to kill other people to her her own ambitions.
