C. Ebenezer Burns was the owner to the hoke collection of the Osiris' Sword but solde them for opium to a big man with sideburns. Eliza Simpson and Dr. Bartley meet him to question him out about the man who killed woman with swords in a series of unsolved murders.
Trivia
His name is a play on both Mr. Burns's name and Ebenezer Scrooge from a Christmas Carol.
