C. Ebenezer Burns originally owned the hoke collection of the Osiris' Sword but sold them for opium to a "fat man with sideburns". Eliza Simpson and Dr. Bartley meet him to question him out about the man who killed woman with swords in a series of unsolved murders.
Trivia
His name is a play on both Mr. Burns's name and Ebenezer Scrooge from a Christmas Carol.
