Marie Curie was a Polish French physicist and chemist famous for her pioneering research on radioactivity.
History[edit]
When Marge started to work at the power plant, Lisa said that the family would be just like Marie and Pierre Curie. Lisa explained that they discovered radium and they both died of radiation poisoning. Bart then imagined what happened, picturing them as giants and using radium-eyes to destroy a Japanese city.[1]
