Laura Ingalls Wilder was an American writer.

History

In a story told by the singing railroad hobo, the townspeople got Paul Bunyan drunk and dragged him out of town, which is the same way they got Laura Ingalls Wilder out of town.[1]

When the Simpsons quit using electricity, Lisa said that reading by candlelight made her feel like Laura Ingalls in The Little House on the Prairie.[2]
