When Homer was working as a guard in the Springfield Juvenile Correctional Facility, he told Bart that he would see him on Monday, only to realize that was Martin Luther King Jr. Day.[1]

Martin Luther King Jr. participating in The Krusty the Clown Show in 1964. After Krusty in the same episode got snowballs in his crotch he started to laugh.[2]

Kent Brockman mentioned that Martin Luther King Jr., Gandhi, and Desmond Tutu all have won the Nobel Peace Prize.[3]
