The blue-haired lawyer is Springfield's most prominent lawyer known for his pasty face, blue hair, and nasal New York accent.

He is one of Mr. Burns' lawyers. Many times, he has shown up when the Simpsons are in court (usually on the opponent's side) and quite often makes good points and wins over the judge.
His most prominent client is Mr. Burns, but he has worked for Fat Tony,[1] Disneyland,[2] the Sea Captain and the Frying Dutchman,[3] Sideshow Bob,[4] Roger Meyers, Jr. and the Itchy & Scratchy Studios,[5][6] Movementarians,[7] Bart Simpson[8] and the estates of Charlie Chaplin and Jimmy Durante.[9]
Love Life
Blue-haired lawyer's love life is virtually non-existent, though he was once seen on a date with fellow Republican Lindsey Naegle [10] as well as a date with Cookie Kwan (deleted scene).[11]
Politics
He is a member of the Springfield Republican Party.[12]
