Stanley Kubrick was an American cinematographer, editor, film director, producer, and screenwriter.

History

Robin Williams appeared in a dream of Homer Simpson's where he said that Stanley Kubrick wanted him to star in The Shining.[1]

He directed A Clockwork Yellow, Do'h-Lita, Dr. Strangelaugh, Full Milhouse Jacket, and Paths of Gravy. However, he scrapped A Clockwork Yellow and told his assistant to burn it, before throwing a pen in the air that fell and hit his head.[2]
