After Lisa got transported to Hell, she became Lisafer. When some mean girl demons mocked her dress, Lisafer mocked them for mocking her clothing. Lisafer then became popular, and it started snowing because it was a cold day in Hell when she became popular. Lisafer then found a portal out of Hell, which led to Mr. Burns' office.
