Hypno Head went under the name of Reverend Dim Sun Spoon and hosted a peace gathering where he brought people to be mind controlled. One of the people he mind controlled was Dodd Runtledge, the twin brother of Rod Runtledge. His henchmen Larceny Lass and Jawbreaker captured the hero Black Partridge whilst she was on her way to the peace gathering with Radioactive Man and Bleeding Heart. Hypno Head then mind controlled Radioactive Man and Bleeding Heart and chained them to an apparatus. He gave a mind controlled Black Partridge the button to a laser weapon to kill Radioactive Man and Bleeding Heart. However, the weapon malfunctioned and Fallout Boy came to the rescue, freeing Radioactive Man and Bleeding Heart. Bleeding Heart then knocked out Hypno Head.[3]
