He appeared in Marge Simpson's dream, bouncing on a space hopper, following Homer Simpson.[1]

When Homer was eating himself, he went to therapy and met Mario Batali. Mario Batali said he was there because he was depressed. He then cooked Homer's head, and the remaining parts of his body, in order to serve them up as food to people.[2]
