Character Information
|
Jack Ruby was the murderer of Lee Harvey Oswald.
History
When Homer and Marge tried to solve Who Really Killed J.F.K., Homer told Marge he had figured it out: Lee Harvey Oswald wanted to steal the Jack Ruby. Marge then informed him that Jack Ruby was a man, not a jewel. Homer became mad at this statement, as they were back to square one.
A campaign video for Krusty the Clown's run for Congress sees his face pasted over that of Det. Jim Leavelle in the infamous photo of Oswald's killing by Ruby.
While not actually seen, Ruby's role as Oswald's murderer is re-enacted by Itchy in an unnamed Itchy and Scratchy cartoon directed by Oliver Stone of JFK fame.
Appearances
- Episode – "Diatribe of a Mad Housewife" (mentioned)
- Episode – "Mr. Spritz Goes to Washington" (picture)
