Count Dracula is a Transylvanian vampire. He is a member of the Springfield Republican Party. He is not very popular there, as everyone always thinks his ideas are just plain stupid.

He was one of the monster's that weren't cool any more, he is seen at the Halloween party dressed as Iron Man, he and the other monster's, Frankenstein, Mummy and Werewolf, were later seen being forced out of the party by there wives. Homer was then killed for no reason[3].

He was later revealed to be the father of Edmund. He and Homer travelled to Dracula-la Land to find Edmund and Lisa. He, along with Edmund, attempt to turn Lisa into a vampire but do so to Homer instead, getting greatly weakened by his high cholesterol level in his blood[1].
