Mary Lincoln was Abraham Lincoln's wife and the First Lady of the United States.
History[edit]
Homer has dreamt that he saved Abraham Lincoln from be killed when he knocked down John Wilkes Booth. Lincoln's wife Mary was sitting next to him in the theatre.[1]
When Homer looked at a collection of pine cones featuring the first ladies he asked Marge where Abigail Adams was before he found her. He then asked her where Mary Todd Lincoln was, before finding her. He then asked about Ida Saxton McKinley before he found her, and then he was going to ask about one more but Bart started to talk with him so he stopped searching for the ladies. [2]

Professor Frink went back in time to 1865 to save President Lincoln. Frink meets the president and he sees that the two are equal so Homer asks Frink to take over his place in the meantime he takes a beer.
