The new gang is a gang of four teenagers from London, England. The gang resembles Springfield Elementary School bullies Nelson Muntz, Kearney Zzyzwicz, Dolph Shapiro, and Jimbo Jones in voice and figure.

History

When Moog was watching FOX, he heard the doorbell ring and went to see who was there. He opened the door but did not unlock the door chain. A young person appeared telling him that there had been a terrible accident and to let him grant access to his home. Moog asked if he was kidding, stating that he invented the gag. However, the person said that certainly a Christian was required to unbolt the door. Moog responded with "Come on, you can't pull the wooly bull over my viddyballs."

However, another member came from behind Moog gave him a wedgie and, with other members of the gang, began vandalizing his home, even breaking his "Shmoo".
