History

Her name was seen on the marquee outside of the First Church of Springfield saying "Evil Women In History: From Jezebel To Janet Reno".[1]

When Bart was wrongly accused of a prank and was taken to youth court, Grampa revealed that he knew Janet Reno from years ago and that they played chess through the post. Grampa then gave her a call to be the judge for the trial.

Janet Reno heard the testimonies of everyone involved and then got everyone who disliked Bart to stand trial, including Moe for Bart's prank calls to him. Eventually, Fruit Bat Man brought Willie in who confessed it was him, leaving Janet Reno to announce that Bart was found not guilty.[2]

Janet Reno's picture was on a captcha screen for chess grandmasters on the Wayz website. It was one of the pictures that Lisa didn't click.[3]

Janet Reno was the executive producer for Mamma-at-Law![4]

Behind the Laughter

Janet Reno was voiced by both herself and Maggy Reno Hurchalla, Janet Reno's real life sister. This was due to the fact that Janet Reno had Parkinson's disease, making it hard for her to speak longer sentences.[5]
