History
He and Roger Meyers, Sr. produced Steamboat Itchy cartoon in 1928.[1]
Behind the Laughter
The character design for Mayor Quimby's father was based on Joseph P. Kennedy Sr. continuing Mayor Quimby being a parody of Ted Kennedy.[2]
