Clyde Barrow overheard this conversation and introduced himself to Bonnie, claiming to be bad. Bonnie then told Clyde to rob a Feed Store to prove that he was bad. Clyde eagerly did so, robbing what turned out to be his own store that he co-owned. Bonnie and Clyde then escaped together.
