The Moving Man moved the Simpsons into the Evil House.
History
After the Moving Man unloaded the Simpsons' possessions into their house, Homer signed the paperwork and patronizingly gave him a dollar tip: "There you are, my man ... and a dollar for yourself."
Displeased with the paltry tip, the Moving Man as he left mumbled, "A buck. I'm glad there's a curse on this place."
