The House of Evil employee is the shopkeeper at House of Evil, a shop that sells evil objects.
History
When Homer forgot to buy Bart a birthday present, he comes to the shop to get something. He gets a Krusty Doll and a free frogurt from the seller, who then tells him that both the doll and the frogurt are cursed, the latter having potassium in the topping.
