Maximillian von Wonthelm is the head of the Prussian Mob and a ska musician, part of the band The Skankfurters.

When Fat Tony was a child, there was an uneasy peace between the Springfield Mafia and the Prussian Mob. To maintain peace, each crime boss sent his youngest son to live with the other family as collateral. Fat Tony was sent to live with Wilhelm von Wonthelm, who ran the mob from his restaurant, Das Food.
