Thad Parkour is a television host. He has hosted the shows Dude vs. Food and Kitchen Betrayals!
History[edit]
Homer watched an episode of Dude vs. Food where Thad ate ten buckets of fried chicken skin served on top of a smash burger the size of a laser disk. A few months later, Homer watched another episode at Moe's Tavern. This episode featured Thad in Des Moines, Iowa, where he ate a bowl of the spiciest ramen in the city. After eating some noodles, Thad had to dunk his head in a barrel of milk. He then went back to eating the ramen. At the end of the episode, Thad announced that he would do the next episode at Luigi's in Springfield, where he would eat a 17-pound meatball.
On October 10, filming of the episode began with several townspeople showing up to watch. However, when Thad came out of the kitchen, he looked extremely ill. Despite being ill, Thad tried to record the show but only managed to scrape part of the meatball off with his teeth before he collapsed. The producer for Dude vs. Food said that after 400 episodes shot over two months, Thad was finally full. As Homer held Thad, Thad told him that this time it looked like food had beaten dude.
Thad was taken to the Springfield General Hospital, where he started to recover. Thad told Homer that he hated to let his fans down, but he died three times in the ambulance. In an attempt to get Thad to like food again, Homer took him to a spot in Springfield where all the smells from cooking in the town rose to. After Homer explained how this was possible, Thad smelled something he had never smelled before, and he and Homer went in search of the meal. The search took them to Fat Tony's compound, where Fat Tony was cooking a pot of Gewalteintopf: The Stew of Violence, a recipe that Wilhelm von Wonthelm had passed down to him as he died. After telling the story of the stew, Fat Tony told Homer and Thad to turn around while he added the final secret ingredient. Thad and Homer both tried the stew and loved it.
One month later, Thad's new show, Kitchen Betrayals!, aired. The first episode showed Thad stealing the recipe for Gewalteintopf from Fat Tony, and he recreated it exactly, showing the recipe to the viewers. After seeing this, Fat Tony went to the Simpson house to get revenge on Homer for helping steal the recipe. Homer and Fat Tony then went to the Chew Network to confront Thad over the stolen recipe. They realized that Thad's glasses, which he wore on the back of his head, recorded everything, including the recipe. As they were confronting Thad, Maximillian von Wonthelm and the Prussian Mob tracked them down to get revenge on them for stealing the recipe from their former boss.
Homer, Fat Tony, and Thad fled from the Prussian Mob, and Homer ended up taking them to the spot in Springfield with all the cooking smells. As Maximillian got ready to shoot them, Homer told him to breathe in deeply through his nose, and he smelled everyone cooking his father's stew. Homer told Maximillian that because of the recipe getting leaked, his father would always live on. Maximillian then decided to let them all go. Later, Thad told Homer that he could now make more shows where he traveled the globe, exploring local food scenes and fascinating cultures. He asked Homer to join him on his journey, but Homer rejected his offer as foreign toilets were slightly different, and that scared him. He then told Thad that everything he needed was at The Lava Cake Manufactory. Thad told Homer that this was growth for him and asked Homer if he could respect his decision. But Homer told him no. Thad then sadly walked away, recording Homer entering the restaurant on his glasses.
