Billy Carter was an American businessman and brother to Jimmy Carter. He appeared in a story told by the Tribal Chief.
History[edit]
When Bart tried to write his "coolness report" in Camp David he is visited by the ghost of Billy Carter, who informs Bart that Lisa had sent him on a wild goose chase to be out of her hair. Billy Carter doing then a promotion for Caesar's Pow-Wow Casino. Bart traveled after that back to the White House. Bart in the present world asked then the Casino manager why it was an ad in the story and the manager answer him it was an idea by Crazy Talk.
