History

When Comic Book Guy went to Comicalooza in San Diego, Phil Muhlstock was looking after The Android's Dungeon. Bart went into the store and Phil started doing accents, which Bart thought was him being weird. Phil then told Bart that he was a voice actor and voiced Itchy in The Itchy & Scratchy Show and could do impressions of Doc Brown from Back to the Future and Michael Caine. Bart then decided to hang out with him for the rest of the day.

Phil Muhlstock took Bart with him to Mike Pop's Recording Studio where he was auditioning for the role of the Knight in Cookie Castle. The casting director was impressed with him and offered him the role. She was then impressed by Bart's improvisation skills and also offered him a role in the television show.
