Horatio Nelson was a flag officer in service of the British Navy. He appeared in a story told by Bart.
History
When the Bounty was in the harbor, Admiral Nelson sent a message to William Bligh. Fletcher Christian told Bligh that he had a message and Bligh read it, "Bligh eats dolphin boogers". Bligh told Christian that when you eat as much dolphin as he does, there's bound to be a booger or two in the mix.
