Guillermo del Toro is a Mexican filmmaker, author, actor and former special effects makeup artist.

History

Guillermo del Toro was hired by Mr. Burns to make a short film for him to get him out of trouble with the law. del Toro made a film talking about his love of monsters, and then spoke about how he also loved Mr. Burns. The film was successful in getting Burns out of trouble.[1]

del Toro was credited in Dateline: Springfield for designing Moe Szyslak.[2]
