Elvis Costello is an English musician.

Elvis Costello was the manager of Elvis Costello's Instrument Shack, an instruments store located in The Rolling Stones' Rock N' Roll Fantasy Camp, a rock camp where Homer and many of his friends went to. Everyone wanted to play guitars so Costello, in order not to run out of guitars, proposed that someone could play bass guitar instead. No one agreed and Homer started looting the place. At the end of camp, Costello took the guitar Homer was using back.
