David is a singer.
History
When Bart was on Kang & Kodos' ship he pushed a button. The button made it so David, who sang at Oktoberfest, stopped singing, since the button gave him an order to return to the mother ship, even though world domination was only 95% complete. That causes Kodos to try and kill Bart.
