Ozzy Osbourne is a musician who also has his own TV show.

History

George Plimpton said that today's kids would rather watch Ozzy Osbourne. He then imitated Osbourne and said "Look at me, I'm a drug addict. Ho, ho, ho."[1]

Bart and Homer watched two TV shows in which he appears, in the two shows his only line was "Where am I?".[2]

Osbourne once hosted the Grammy Awards. When "Simpsons Christmas Boogie" won the award for Best Hardcore Thrash Metal, Osbourne was so angry that he bit off the horn part of the Grammy award, then spat it out.[3]

Pat Boone told Reverend Lovejoy, Ned Flanders, Bart, and Lisa that they could learn a lesson from Ozzy Osbourne. He then said that Osbourne was a good neighbor.[4]

Behind the Laughter

Osbourne biting off the horn part of the Grammy award is an obvious reference to the real-life Osbourne biting off the head of a bat during a concert in Des Moines, Iowa in 1982.
