History

When the Simpson family were put into the Ronald Reagan Reeducation Center, the Dixie Chicks were among the famous people seen in the facility.[1]

After Royce Boss Hogg Lumpkin left Lurleen, he became the manager of the Dixie Chicks and gave them Lurleen's song "Daddy's Back", changing the word "Daddy" to "America" so they could perform it as an apology for things they had said before. Later, for purely commercial reasons, Royce asked them to sing the song as an advertisement, this time making the title line into "Chevy's Back". The Dixie Chicks seemed unenthusiastic about the idea, but didn't have a chance to react as just then Lurleen showed up and confronted Royce. After learning that Royce had stolen the song from Lurleen, the Dixie Chicks turned on him, beating him with their instruments.[2]
