History[edit]
Sonic Youth were part of the Hullabalooza music festival. During Peter Frampton's performance, they stole watermelon from his food cooler. When Homer jumped out of the way of the cannonball during his final performance, Lee Ranaldo said he was disillusioned. Kim Gordon then said that wasn't about freaks, it was about "music and advertising and youth-oriented product positioning".
