The Simpson family watched Before They Were Famous when Shary Bobbins was their nanny. When they watched the show Homer asked Shary to get him a beer. The episode they watched showed Rainier Wolfcastle's first appearance in a commercial and Charles Bronson temporarily replacing Andy Griffith on The Andy Griffith Show.[2]
